Work Politics

work have been shitty these day...i just work for a month and there's already work politics...we had an urgent meeting today by our store manager and we were given one hell lecture from her!.....i dont what wrong with these people la...our manager told us that she's been getting complaints about backstabbing,bitching,envy,steal people customer/sales,one not happy with one another,housekeeping and all kind of shit within our own staff!.....these people are hypocrite man in front of u they joke and laugh but behind u they condemn criticised u like hell...we were told one quality that we were lacking of was teamwork...i think my colleague are all selfish...recently there's this new guy who just joined us it seems that everybody dislike him because he like to steal people customer and sales...he will make the top sales each day and one good thing about him, he's not afraid to approach customer...but he's damn selfish only think about himself and has no team work at all....but lucky for me my manager told us that so far she have not got any complaints or rumours abt me...hehe...see im the nicest person there...everyone likes me! lol!.....im the type of person if u are nice to me i will be nice to u...even if i used to not like u i will still be nice to u....what for we bare grudges againts each other...it's not worth it....in working life its hard to please everybody and its true....my mentality is simple...when i come to work i just do whateva was being told and do the right thing..even if i got scolding from my senior's or supervisor i mean its normal la i will just kept quite and let them be......but not to the extend they being damn rude....im just a part timer there i only see them twice a week so i dun give a shit about them...i think if this carries on i think i will not be long there...most likely till march or april....i dunno whether i should get a new hp or not...i intend to get the red nokiaN76...dont ever buy nokia N73 man i regret buying it haha!...damn slow and it lag alot of time...mmmmm let see how much my budget is.....im totally broke right now everyday i fork out ard $5 for lunch at work....i want my pay quick! hehehe.... = )
