drama at work

there's this saying which says "customer is always right"....i think it's all bullshit and crap...lol!....one thing i hate working in sales industry they always priorities customer even tho the customer are at fault...we are always asked to put our shoes in the customer place..and y not customer understand and try to put their shoes in our place....working in sales industry its not easy as it seems to be cos sometimes u have to put up with all those customer bullshit... last thur was a crazy day for me...simply bcos there's a drama at my working place..my colleague and i make a old auntie cried..haha...

ok the story goes like this...there's this old chinese auntie who came to my cashier and make a payment...5 min later she came back telling us that one of her blouse was supposed to be $15 instead of $29...i double checked and indeed there were two price tag at the blouse..one was $15 and another one was $29...i din realized that there were two price tag at first so i think i got mix up and scan the $29...so to make sure which is the correct price i approach my manager and asked her which on is the correct price and she told me to give the customer the lower price...so we had to do a return policy to her...there was miscommunication btwn us becos she dont speak english....one my chinese colleague came over to help and we did give her back her change..

she came back again and told us we din give her back her change...we told her we already given back her change...and she start nagging and keep insisting that she din get her change at all...she start creating drama and shouting everyone was like looking at us...so the best way is to get the manager help...and my manager came to the rescue...we told our manager what happened and she still keep insisting that she din even get her money back...until my manager had to check the cctv and count both cashier to see whether there is shortage or excess of money...we have proof that we already given her back the money...and both cashier had no shortage and excess of money...my manager told her to check properly maybe she forgot as she already old...she start to flare up and start creating drama again...and even worse she cried...lol!!...at last my manager give in to the auntie and just give her $20+ changed back...there's one thing i don't get it....after that incidence the four of us were given one hell lecture from our manager even tho we are not at fault...

i just hate to serve customer from india..dont ask me y...those who have encounter it might understand what i am talking about...haha...they are really fussy....yesterday one of the customer asked me why are u scanning the item twice...im like come on lah im working here and i know what i am doing...every item i have to scan the top part barcode and the bottom barcode...they thought that im charging them twice for a item...fcuk...yesterday i had a mini seondary school gathering...met up with my friends and had dinner at gombak...it was nice meeting after so long....it was our first meeting in 2008 for some...haha...ok i will update more when i have the time...good night
